CANCELLATIONS POLICY

JG PMU Studio Cancellation Policy

 

To respect everyone’s time, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations or reschedules. This allows us to offer your spot to another client.

 

Deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited if:

 

  • You cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice

  • You arrive more than 15 minutes late

  • You no-show your appointment

  • need $100 non-refundable deposits to secure your spot

TRANNING CANCELLATION POLICY 

 

To secure your seat in our training programs, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit goes toward your total tuition and guarantees your spot in class.

 

Due to limited seating and preparation involved:

 

  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the training start date will result in loss of full deposit

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations will forfeit the entire deposit and may not be eligible for future enrollment without a new deposit

 

 

We understand emergencies happen—please reach out to us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

BOOKING POLICY 

Booking Policy – JG PMU Studio

 

Who Can Book:

Our services are available to individuals who:

 

  • Are 18 years or older

  • Are not pregnant or breastfeeding

  • Do not have any major health conditions that may interfere with healing or procedure safety

  • Understand and agree to our studio policies before booking

 

 

Contraindications:

You may not be eligible for permanent makeup or tattoo procedures if you:

 

  • Are pregnant or nursing

  • Are currently taking blood-thinning medications

  • Have uncontrolled diabetes, high blood pressure, or heart conditions

  • Have active skin conditions (eczema, psoriasis, rashes, or open wounds) in the treatment area

  • Are undergoing chemotherapy or radiation

  • Have a history of keloid scarring or poor wound healing

  • Are prone to cold sores (for lip blushing — must be pre-treated with antiviral medication)
